Contacts change companies. It would be better to assign a contact to a company instead of deleting the contact from one company to add them to another.
It would be great to be able to add the percent of seller credit OR a flat amount. Most contracts I'm seeing these days are a seller credit for a percent of the sale price. Thank you!
If the buyer is going to live in the property then their forwarding address in the buyer info page should populate to the deed, not the current address
A client intake form would allow a buyer/seller to enter all their information (names, addresses, payoffs, preferred closing date, closing location, etc, etc) into a form (in the portal?). All this data then be merged into a file.
It's all good to have all the parties during the transaction for the Lender but it also the post-closers that we have to deal with ... they should have a section for their information just like the processor, closer, funder, etc.
Associations should have management company information
Most Associations are represented by Management Companies, who provide Estoppels, it would be very useful to have a field(s) in the Association in the Rolodex so it pulls in the contact information for the management company. Or, add a Management ...
