Certain regions require school tax to pull onto the CD/HUD and Escrow. Currently all school tax prorations calculate correctly, but do not pull to settlement statements. These are required taxes, resulting in adding manually to each file.

There is an uncheck all or check all button but what if only 1 group is being disbursed via check or wire.

Pulling the future mailing address (when completed) so that the check gets returned to the correct address (current address or property address)

It would be so helpful to be able to search files by the loan number that are given by the lender because a lot of lenders send wires or email & only provide that information.

We would to void CPL's as buyers change lenders

I am a doubletime user and love to be able to pull in info on prior properties we have closed on.

There are times we need access to these lines to enter in odd items that don't fall in the perfect scenario of a closing.

I would like to see TBD added to the file somewhere where it will pull onto the Title, Schedule A #2 along with the TBD verbiage. There is not a place to add this where it will pull this information in to avoid having to use word which allows for ...

We enter in contacts for all our clients (buyers/sellers/brokers/agents). We should be able to store this data directly to a CRM for marketing or education. the ability to send an email out to all or a select group would be very beneficial.
