PINNED Add a notification when you recieve an Order in the notifications section
When you receive an order back from the underwriter, lien search or other vendor, a notification should show in e-closing. Right now, we only get an email, which is good but shouldn't it be inside e-closing as well?

Can you please allow the ability to change the HOA proration text to reflect the actual time frame? Currently, it's only showing as annual whereas we have many monthly, semi-annual, quarterly, etc dues since not all are annual.

Add Trust Powers for Seller

When creating a Seller, I am not able to add trust powers so that they show up on my Deed. That is only an option for the Buyer. Trusts sell property also, please make this an option.

Quickbooks online is becoming the norm, so why is your software only compatible with the desktop version? (Which is becoming obsolete.) Is compatibility with QB online on the horizon?

Refresh Button needs to be on each page.

Please add the refresh button to each page. It is very inconvenient for the updated information to not transfer when working on a file, OR make the save button refresh.

Mulitple Property + Multiple seller

Had a file that couldn't be added as it was multiple properties and multiple sellers, but no way to indicate which sellers were tied to the correct properties.

drag and drop field - please add title order request

I have never received a loan app from a lender to order title. They send a title order request which has all the information. If that could be added it would be a game changer. It would save at least 15 to 20 minutes per file for order entry.

Put Paralegal Email and Name information on the Financial Info Screen

The attorney's name and email flows through but the paralegal info does not. Most attorneys have paralegals that they need documents to go through. Having that information accessible on the financial info screen would help so much.

add more lender fields

It would be helpful to have more lender contact fields. More often than not, there are numerous contacts for a file and insufficient fields to enter contact info.
