In a file, we need to be able to email the Lender Council on Commercial Files. We can use the Deed of Trust field, but we would need an email address to be associated with it so that we can select them to email documents to.
if we have more than 1 signing we should have the option to have them all together or individually signature line and notary buyers or sellers signing in different states
In the buyer section when you select individual, the only options we can select "primary" or "co borrower", both options indicate they are going on the loan, maybe add a 3rd option as "non borrowing, buyer" ?

Hello! It would be nice if for the Borrower’s info screen, under Address, under Forwarding address, there was also a “Copy from Property” button in addition to the “Copy from Current Address” button.
We often use the buyer's current mailing address throughout the transaction processing, but have to manually enter the property address on the forwarding address screen if they intend to occupy the property post-closing.
