In our area we are now running into split commissions where the Seller may pay most of the commission, but the buyer needs to pay a portion as well. It would be nice to have an option to choose BOTH, then either the percent or amount of each party...

Rather than leaving file screen to go to rolodex in order to update information. If we click on the name, the rolodex entry should pop-up on the screen an allow us to create or update an entry from there.

Sometimes the commission is split unevenly between buyer and seller, i.e. for the buyer's agent 1% is paid by buyer and 2% is paid by seller. This is not possible to split in the current set up.

It will allow me to update contacts more effectively, and MUCH more quickly/easily.

Please make the HUD1-A a format that can be utilized the same way that the HUD-1 is. Many commercial lenders doing refinances use this form.

Add the number of checks needed to the print check screen near the starting check #. This would make it easier to know how many checks to pull from the check safe and confirm the next check number on the simultaneously to reduce errors.

I would also like to add to your list of upcoming things to add to EC = Email templates. These would make life so much easier to just be able to click a button with the email that we start and choose a template that we need
