Split Commissions Buyer and Seller

In our area we are now running into split commissions where the Seller may pay most of the commission, but the buyer needs to pay a portion as well. It would be nice to have an option to choose BOTH, then either the percent or amount of each party's share of the commission to be paid.

With the change in the laws about real estate commissions, our commissions are a bit more broken down. We may have 2 REA, but one side of the commission can be split by between buyer and seller. We need more lines, boxes and options in this section.

I see that there is now an option to choose who pays commissions. We need to be able to split it between buyer and seller. For example - seller pays 2% and buyer pays 1% for a total of 3%.
