COMMISSIONS Merged

Since the inception of the new Real Estate Commission rule we’re having quite a bit of difficulty getting the program to accurately reflect the commissions.

There should be two field under Buyer’s agent. The portion that is paid by the Seller or Seller’s agent and a portion that will be paid by Buyer. Some closings reflect Buyer’s agent being paid by both. Could be a simple as a goggle Buyers Agent Commission to be paid by Seller/Seller Agent/Buyer but two lines in case Seller’s Agent is paying portion and Buyer is paying a portion. Two cash boxes and three choices for who is paying it.

Also, if the Listing is paying co-broker or tendering the excess for us to pay co-broker. And if excess deposit is due to the Seller a toggle for “bring to closing” or POC to Seller should be an option as well.

Can someone please work on this to have the various scenarios easily accessible instead of overrides which will ultimately lead to mistakes.
