We have implemented an update in ClosingVue where you will now see when another user is in the same file. When you hover over the icon, you will see who and what page they are on.
System should not allow two users in the same file at the same time. It is causing errors and duplicated efforts. Please please stop allowing this!! Or at least put an alert or similar notifying that file is in use by another user.
Think it would be useful to have a refresh button within the setup file screens so that when multiple users are working in a file at the same time, changes made by one of the users can be quickly seen by the other users.
