Add alert when someone is in the file Merged

Add an alert when someone is in the file and make it "read only". This will avoid duplicate or missed simultaneous updates.

Can there be a feature added to lock and unlock a CD/Hud so that two people can not work in the same HUD/CD at the same time? A feature simply stating that someone is already in this HUD/CD, and display the person's username as well?

Read Only Alert Needed. We have multiple users in and out of files all day and need to know when someone else is in the file as things are not getting saved.
