Deed Signature line for a LLC

In order to get the signature line of the deed to pull the LLC venue (a FL LLC) onto the signature line, you must include the venue under the corporation name. However, by adding the venue to the corporation name, ECDT then duplicates the venue on the first paragraph of the deed and then reads 'Grantor, LLC, a FL LLC, a FL LLC'. This seems to be because the grantor is pulling the 'seller type', and the state from the seller's address while the signature line is only pulling from the corporation name. However, if we input Grantor, LLC, a FL LLC in the corporation name so that the signature line reads correctly, then we get a duplication of the venue in the grantors name in the first paragraph of the deed. This needs to be fixed so that the venue pulls ONLY once into BOTH the grantor on page 1 AND the signature line.
