when you search by a name it only pulls in addresses so you have to go through the list to find the one you want....example "smith" then a list of everything comes up but no names to go directly too you only see file number and address

Addition of field to input individual buyer or seller's DOB. It would be helpful in distinguishing buyer/seller with common name.

In the consolidated check screen it can be difficult to issue a wire or check when you have multiple payees. It would be much easier if each payee had a check all button.

I would call this a correction but that is not an option: A few months ago after an update was rolled out, now when you chose to open a document in word it defaults to RTF (who uses that format) instead .doc please put it back to the way it was.
