Is there a way to have the system flag us if a file is being setting up and the name or address has been flagged by the title insurance underwriters for fraud?

Can we get a quote generator so we can quickly and simply provide quotes for lenders and clients? We get multiple requests on a weekly basis and havinhg to create a dummy file to provide that is more tedious. Thank you!

Would you be able to add a quote generator to the Closing Vue Whiteboard? Kind of like the Title Capture one in Double Time? Currently, we have a dummy file opened; it would just be easier for a quick quote generator.

We need to print an Exhibit A of the legal description to attach to documents for recording when the legal description is lengthy. We need to be able to provide them.

It would be great to schedule estoppel, lien search and title orders with a 24-hour reminder. Example - schedule lien search order for the day after the inspection period ends. A reminder to be sent out the day before to confirm the scheduled order.
