Please give users the ability to manually edit a consolidated check memo line

Right now there is an option for only one person in the LLC to be a portal user. IF there are 2 managers, etc only one can use the portal. There should be a way to make each person a portal user just like individual sellers can.

I see the amortization breaks down what is principal and interest but it should also list the actual monthly payment on each line as well.

I totally agree that E-signing is definitely need with this program and would add to the value. Whatever you can do within the program contributes to contributes to the ability to process a file quickly and efficiently.

Our company cuts and pastes emails alot and we run out of space often . It would be Great to have more space.

It would be helpful if the system would alert us if we accidentally try to create a duplicate file using the same number so we have the option to cancel it and/or use a different file number (lookup number).

Can you add the ability to change the color of the Note in the Notes tab?
