E-Closing Core

The Document Management screen in Closing Vue no longer shows if a document was posted to client's portal. Also, It would also be helpful to be able to delete a document that was posted in error to a portal without deleting if from the file.

if we have more than 1 signing we should have the option to have them all together or individually signature line and notary buyers or sellers signing in different states

Would love to see a way to check list barcodes we want to use for the file and print them all at once. This would be such a no brainer thing to do. Please make this happen,

Sometimes lenders because of the type of loan need the closing statement changed to a HUD instead of a CD and ALL of the manual entries such as lien searech fee, estoppel, survey, etc., are ALL deleted

When you email it would be nice if we could do a quick preview of the attachments before clicking send. Currently we have to preview the attachment as a separate action - view on screen - and then go back in and email it.

The ability to void an old check and reissue on a closed file without having to open the file again and then close it. We close files before all checks have been cleared.

Having an option to print seller HUD, buyer HUD and both sides all at the same time would be a time saver.

It's confusing having the seller name be one of the first names you see on the file where it's listed as the "current owner". Having the buyer/seller info and then the "current owner" line below it, like in e-closing, was less confusing.

It would be nice if we can have the buyers/sellers/realtors fill out/update their contact information, commissions, vesting information, etc. through the portal so it populates directly to our system. Kind of like a questionnaire they can fill out...
