When searching for a company name, why can't we just use part of the company name. why does only allow you to search by the exact name?

Please update the HUD Defaults feature to CD Defaults.

Currently, you have to refer to the HUD line number reference line for CD defaults and there is no way to enter defaults for section A of a CD.

Phone Number Extensions option for new contacts in rolodex

Having the option to add an extension number after adding in the phone number when creating a new contact would be extremely helpful with new LO's, or agents from larger realtor offices.

Email Subject prefill

It would be awesome if there was a dropp down on the Subject line for email so that you could select a subject (such as the Property address or Borrower name). Or even a list you could create for each file.

Bank ledger - add option to SAVE TO E-CLOSING FILE

Add an option to add the bank ledger file to the E-Closing file just like the remaining documents so we don't have to save on desktop and drag in.

Tax Collector as Business Type

In PA we pay taxes to induvial tax collectors and not large organizations. This would allow the check to print correctly without having to adjust the payee everytime.

Email Multiple Docs in One Email

It is often necessary to send multiple documents (e.g., title commitment docs and CPL). It would be nice is you could select multiple files from the Doc Mgmt screen to email to the same recipient.

Additional documents for recording should be shown as separate line items

Recording fees for each document should be shown so all parties can review the fees on the CD.
