I want to be able to lock a file. make it to where I am the only one that can edit anything but others can still go in to see the file and find out what is going on with that file.

When exporting to Quickbooks it would be helpful if we could choose which checks and deposits to export

Many Realtors use Transaction Coordinators, and these are often the point of contact. There is a place to add Assistant, however, in the Rolodex there is no Transaction Coordinator in the pull down menu.

It would be helpful to be able to transfer all items payable to one payee to another file instead of having to individually transfer them when something has a lot of individual fees.

The recording calculator on the closing disclosure maintenance screen needs a reset button. If I go in there and do calculations and then I delete something manually from section E...the fees do not come back automatically when I go in to recalcul...

There are occasions when we need to rearrange the Borrowers. The designation of Primary Borrower does not locate that Borrower as the first signor. It would save a huge amount of time by allowing us to arrange the Borrowers by Drag and Drop.

If there is a way to get around having to manually post receipts and disbursements in QuickBooks after each closing, it would save a lot of time. If there is a way around this, I have not found it. It's cumbersome to have to post everything twice ...

Closinglock has many important tools for title and escrow, and we are using that system along with E-Closing and it is double work. If E-Closing could integrate them, it would make our systems much more functional, efficient and valuable.

Most Associations are represented by Management Companies, who provide Estoppels, it would be very useful to have a field(s) in the Association in the Rolodex so it pulls in the contact information for the management company. Or, add a Management ...
