It would be great to be able to search file notes for keywords. As well as sort/search documents in the Document Mangement tab - sort by user, date saved.

Show only Sellers Names when serching for properties that are Seller Representations.
When a property is searched and that file is a Seller Representation, the borrowers name will be generated. This should be switched to the Sellers name seeing they are the client.
