It would be nice to be able to query the check register by transaction type and date range.

Some clients prefer a text message over a phone call.

Ability to make a manual change to the CPL buyer name (i.e. when buyer is an LLC, lender wants the manager's name removed so that the LLC name is the only borrower listed on the CPL).

For example, if we would like to send an introduction email to our buyer, we could generate an email with repeated verbiage so it doesn't have to be typed out every time. This would definitely save some time. Or even when emailing an estoppel letter.

Instead of having to check every single document have a click all button. Also in the printing checks section. Have a click all for each section in each check. It currently doesn't do all items.

in e-closing the docs would open in one click. this extra step of choosing how the doc opens is unnecessary for me and my team and creates extra work.

seems like a reasonable request. for operations like mine having this info at a quick glance helps reduce time i now spend searching it out. this was standard in e-closing.

It would be helpful for us to have a button within E-Closing that you can click to run the SDN search and save results to the file. (like the "Generate CPL "button) I
