In a file, we need to be able to email the Lender Council on Commercial Files. We can use the Deed of Trust field, but we would need an email address to be associated with it so that we can select them to email documents to.

Having option to group attachments as 1 PDF instead of individual documents when emailing.
If we had the option to group the documents we are sending, the email that they receive won't have a long list of attachments, and they will not miss any documents or our email to them.
