Would like to add this underwriter to E-Closing Connect

It would be useful to have the loan amount as a whiteboard tab for Refinances so you dont have to click into the file to find the amount as lenders change that quite often, saving time and steps.

Buyer had attorney representation and was also holding binder deposit. Attorney wired combined binder deposit and buyer's funds to close. I know in DT you could combine deposits. Maybe there is a way to do this now??

There should be an option to select multiple documents at once to upload to the portal for the clients instead of having to go one by one.

At a quick glance you could see the details instead of scrolling down and seeing disbursement date under the financial info on the file summary screen.

It would be awesome if notes on specific tasks could be added from the file summary page instead of opening the task to do it. That would save a lot of time for those of us who put notes in every task we complete.

Voids happen and they crowd the bank detail report making it really time consuming and difficult to discern actual valid disbursements from voided ones.
