We use outlook calendar for client meetings and closings. Sometimes we forget to update the Outlook calendar (one extra thing to think about) when closing dates change. We could avoid scheduling conflicts if E-closings could update our calendar.

Saves time by eliminating having to go back and move them after upload

It would be easier if we could move them instead of having to create a new ID and Portal ID when they move to a different company or office.

Would be great to see a digital signature option in the system or and integration with one of the leading providers like Docusign or Dotloop

Many agents are now on teams and usually list at least 2 brokers on a contract. The new assistant field is helpful, as the teams usually have a closing coordinator also, but it would also be helpful to be able to list a co-broker in a file.

Would like to able to select multiple documents but also generate them separately in PDF or Word

all parties will benefit and it will make the much more successful. As when we send the emails, the client response will go directly in the system, if they don't respond it will send out reminders until they do.
