My votes: E-Closing Connect

We use outlook calendar for client meetings and closings. Sometimes we forget to update the Outlook calendar (one extra thing to think about) when closing dates change. We could avoid scheduling conflicts if E-closings could update our calendar.

Would be great to see a digital signature option in the system or and integration with one of the leading providers like Docusign or Dotloop

When you receive an order back from the underwriter, lien search or other vendor, a notification should show in e-closing. Right now, we only get an email, which is good but shouldn't it be inside e-closing as well?

With the growing usage of API and services like Zapier and Integromat, I find that many features can be more easily developed by allowing us, the users, some access to call or hooks of certain information so we can transmit to external services.

I would be useful for customers to be able to sign documents in a secure setting like the closing portal such as buyer or seller letters, payoff authorization, etc. Integration with DocuSign or Adobe sign would be very efficient and secure.

I totally agree that E-signing is definitely need with this program and would add to the value. Whatever you can do within the program contributes to contributes to the ability to process a file quickly and efficiently.

We have had either sellers or buyers from the UK or Singapore and the zip codes are different than the US. The CD57S and/or CD57P cannot get filed electronically because the software forms don't recognize foreign zip codes
