Closing Portal

Would like to able to select multiple documents but also generate them separately in PDF or Word

It would be extremely helpful if we were able to SIMPLY move (i.e. drag & drop) the Borrower's/Guarantors into the Order we want/need the document signed.

Right now there is an option for only one person in the LLC to be a portal user. IF there are 2 managers, etc only one can use the portal. There should be a way to make each person a portal user just like individual sellers can.

On the Seller's CD, please lighten the roll-up totals so they are able to be seen. They currently are very dark and when emailed or scanned, you cannot read the totals that roll-up in each section of the CD entitled Due to (or from) Seller at Closing

Are you able to add a second selection for a split deposit. In some areas around us, the broker holds the initial deposit for net funding, but the seller's counsel holds the additional deposit.
