If the buyer is going to live in the property then their forwarding address in the buyer info page should populate to the deed, not the current address

Be able to edit WORD documents within E-Closing instead of having to download to the local system, edit, save then upload again into CV.

Would love to see a way to check list barcodes we want to use for the file and print them all at once. This would be such a no brainer thing to do. Please make this happen,

If possible can we fix the rolodex to have the realtors name in alphabetical order under there last name , some have the first name in alphabetical order and some in last. ( see below )

We do numerous closings for the same clients. When we put the buyer/seller names in the file, the contact information, phone number, etc does not pop up. We have to re load everything.

If we had the option to group the documents we are sending, the email that they receive won't have a long list of attachments, and they will not miss any documents or our email to them.

Instead of having to scroll through all Rolodex entries to find one, an alphabet search option at the top of the page that would allow you to click on a letter and then take you to the first entry with that letter. For example if you click on 'R' ...

If you didn't remember to check the box the amount of the policy premium is incorrect and borrower is overcharged.

Having an option to print seller HUD, buyer HUD and both sides all at the same time would be a time saver.
