PINNED Add a notification when you recieve an Order in the notifications section
When you receive an order back from the underwriter, lien search or other vendor, a notification should show in e-closing. Right now, we only get an email, which is good but shouldn't it be inside e-closing as well?

Preferred mode of communication option for buyers/sellers

Add a check box on how clients (buyer/seller) prefer to be communicated with. Email, phone, text? This will allow us to serve our customers based on their preference.

Add file number to checks

When printing checks it would be helpful if the file number was printed on each check printed.

Add print option to CD and/or HUD screens

Add a print option the the CD and HUD screens similar to the print option in the new text description screen so users can generate CD or HUD without having to navigate to the document management screen.

I propose a feature that would allow the user to generate a CD / HUD right on the CD/HUD maintenance screen. This would be a logical and time saving feature. We already have a doc package called prelim CDs, but it would be so much easier to simply...

Lender fees automatically net funded

Kindly set up escrow defaults that lender fees are automatically set to be net funded. I would say 99% our our transactions are net funded. Thankyou

2 Realtors

Some Transactions have 2 realtors, there is only room for 1 and an assistant. It would be nice to have a feature to add a 2nd realtor : ) Thanks!

Having a space where are can add the Vin# and Title # for mobile home documents where they will auto generate onto those documents.
