In the buyer section when you select individual, the only options we can select "primary" or "co borrower", both options indicate they are going on the loan, maybe add a 3rd option as "non borrowing, buyer" ?

The ability to create paragraphs in the Alerts would be fantastic.

We often use the buyer's current mailing address throughout the transaction processing, but have to manually enter the property address on the forwarding address screen if they intend to occupy the property post-closing.

in e-closing the docs would open in one click. this extra step of choosing how the doc opens is unnecessary for me and my team and creates extra work.

Partner Services will not let your order a title search until you toggle the switch on the Title Policy information Screen, so I find I am working ahead through screens just to go back to order the search under the Property Screen/Partner Services.

Ability to open the check register query while the Bank Reconcilliation screen is open. this was doable in EClosing

It would be nice if I could open a file by clicking on the file number listed in Check Register Query. This would save a lot of time, if we could click on the file number instead of copying and pasting or manually typing the file number in.

It would be a great visual help to have the contrast increased on the whiteboard, there is currently very faint shading to help separate the file names, it is too faint.

Put hotlink to the insurance screen + loan screen on the CD / HUD. If you're working on a CD / HUD, why force the user to navigate to the screens manually. Once the user gets there, they have to navigate back anyway, why not make one of the trips ...
