Add a field for Broker Transaction (or Processing) Fee
It would be great to have a field for entering the broker's transaction fee, sometimes called a broker's processing fee, on the Financial Information Page.
When you have a Trust or LLC as a Seller and there are 2 or more Trustees/Managers/Members- there should be an option to have an attorney drop down for each actual person. Not all Trustees retain the same Attorney to represent them at the closing.
