Real Estate Brokerage Contact should have separate payment address option like lender contacts
There are so many real estate brokerages that have a separate address to mail the commission checks to so it would be great if their contact had a payment address that populates onto the check like the lender contact.
Please add a feature to be able to blind copy to avoid having to send multiple emails on the same subject to different parties that do not want their emails disclosed to other parties.

Can you please allow the ability to change the HOA proration text to reflect the actual time frame? Currently, it's only showing as annual whereas we have many monthly, semi-annual, quarterly, etc dues since not all are annual.
It would be great to schedule estoppel, lien search and title orders with a 24-hour reminder. Example - schedule lien search order for the day after the inspection period ends. A reminder to be sent out the day before to confirm the scheduled order.
