On the Seller screen in the title drop down for how title is held can you add OTHER or CONSERVATOR so we don't have to go through and edit ever closing document in Word format.

It would be helpful so that we don't have to go through every closing document we print and edit in word. I had property held in a conservatorship and changing every document in a word format to add Conservator is time consuming.

check memo description

Qualia allows you to fill in the check memo area with information ie. insurance loan number / last name or whatever you'd like that prints on the check more professionally than adding it on the check once printed. Is this proprietary to Qualia? Or...

Check Register on Home Page

Add a tab on the home screen to open an overall check register. I want to be able to see all checks posted for every file and every bank all on one page.

Events Whiteboard - add notes tied to events

Currently there is an option to add a column for notes but it is the whole file notes. I'd like to have the option to just show us if there are notes tagged to that specific event and when you click on it see those.

Auto Calculation of 1031 payment to intermediary in 1031 sale

Why not make a check box that automatically makes a line item payoff to the QI for sales of 1031 that way if the cash to seller changes it auto updates.

Add a notification when you recieve an Order in the notifications section

When you receive an order back from the underwriter, lien search or other vendor, a notification should show in e-closing. Right now, we only get an email, which is good but shouldn't it be inside e-closing as well?
