It's all good to have all the parties during the transaction for the Lender but it also the post-closers that we have to deal with ... they should have a section for their information just like the processor, closer, funder, etc.
It would be great to have the commitment effective date auto-populate in some way, whether with the creation of the CPL or when the premium is calculated. Something that removes the requirement for manual entry.

Have School Tax proration pull to HUD/CD and Escrow
Certain regions require school tax to pull onto the CD/HUD and Escrow. Currently all school tax prorations calculate correctly, but do not pull to settlement statements. These are required taxes, resulting in adding manually to each file.
Pulling over the Mortgage/Assignment information entered in the Payoff/Payment tab onto the title
This is useful as currently we are required to re-enter all of the same information and sometimes there are multiple mortgages and multiple assignments. This is time consuming and the change to make an error are increased and increases liability. ...
