Enhancements

A middle initial field would allow us to include the middle initial from the title order without having to remove it when we create files using the first name. It would save a considerable amount of time.

Similar to realtor commissions, a calculator feature next to the blank loan amount, where you could quickly type 80 or 90 or 96.5 and the loan amount will prepopulate as a % based on purchase price.

It's confusing having the seller name be one of the first names you see on the file where it's listed as the "current owner". Having the buyer/seller info and then the "current owner" line below it, like in e-closing, was less confusing.
