We do numerous closings for the same clients. When we put the buyer/seller names in the file, the contact information, phone number, etc does not pop up. We have to re load everything.
To Include the Year in the Status Date Field on the Void/Stopped Withdrawals Report
The year is included in the Date Field, but not the Status field which when there are several items spanning over the course of a few years, a date including the year would be helpful.
Changes made to the base page should follow through to the policy/text description. i.e. changing a lender/buyer/seller name should carry through to the policy
This would be useful to avoid duplicate work and is a standard in most closing software.
Add Milestones/Groups to checklists (grouping checklist events)
The ability to organize checklist events in groups (ie. opening, ordering, processing, pre-closing, funding, etc.) with the ability to add "child" checklist events assigned to each group.
It would be awesome if you could create customizable checklist categories to better organize checklist items. For example if a user could establish an Accounting category, checklist items such as "payoffs sent" could be nested under that category ...
It would be helpful to have more lender contact fields. More often than not, there are numerous contacts for a file and insufficient fields to enter contact info.
It would be helpful to be able to sort receipts and disbursements by either column, or have the most recent transactions at the top of each section, instead of scrolling all the way to the bottom. We use EC to post our recording trust transactions...
