The Escrow Detail by File printout would be much clearer if the Subtotals appeared in the Disbursement Column instead of the Receipt Column.

This is very helpful to have the attorney assigned to this file on the escrow detail so we know how to bill the client. Each attorney has a hourly rate and the accountant is so extremely busy that it takes time away for her to go look up the attorney

Please reconfigure the layout on the title commitment information screen. The reason is that when the window is slightly compressed, the "SELECT TEXT DESCRIPTION" lines wrap and it becomes extremely difficult to understand which option is selected...

i find it is difficult to see the file number, name, etc. on the tab. Especially when you have multiple tabs open. Creating a header on the open page or window would make it easier to identify what window you are looking at.

Colored coded block with information for the various parties involved such as buyers, sellers, brokers and attorneys, etc. would make it easier to read.
