Ability to email customer service with general questions that are not tied to particular file, or to multiple files.
There are times I need to ask about something not tied to a particular file, or to multiple files. These are not usually time sensitive, and an email would be easier than calling.

I have found that many of our emails with attachments go unopened due to the fact that people are nervous to click on and open links. It would be more helpful if the documents were sent as PDFs or Word documents.
Please add a select all or check all button to select items in the document management folder. The exceptions to the title commitments can have upwards of 40 items and right now we have to individually select each item.

Sometimes the commission is split unevenly between buyer and seller, i.e. for the buyer's agent 1% is paid by buyer and 2% is paid by seller. This is not possible to split in the current set up.
