Can we get a quote generator so we can quickly and simply provide quotes for lenders and clients? We get multiple requests on a weekly basis and havinhg to create a dummy file to provide that is more tedious. Thank you!
Please provide option to add witnesses for select documents. Usually only needed for deed and POA and a lot of work to go back and delete for rest of docs.
Can we get an integration with Microsoft Outlook or Teams? A feature that would allow us to communicate in e-closing for incoming and outgoing messages without having to go to a separate email platform would be life-changing.
It would be helpful if there was a place to make instructional notes in Escrow Accounting (e.g., seller requested wire for proceeds, FedEx proceeds check and legal fee to seller's attorney)
Looking for when we receive an order for e-closing to send out welcome emails and info needed for buyer and seller info needed and commission etc.
all parties will benefit and it will make the much more successful. As when we send the emails, the client response will go directly in the system, if they don't respond it will send out reminders until they do.

Real Estate Brokerage Contact should have separate payment address option like lender contacts
There are so many real estate brokerages that have a separate address to mail the commission checks to so it would be great if their contact had a payment address that populates onto the check like the lender contact.
