all parties will benefit and it will make the much more successful. As when we send the emails, the client response will go directly in the system, if they don't respond it will send out reminders until they do.

Extra steps to Generate a document then go to Document Management, then to the PDF Editor. When I already know I need to use the PDF Editor can I have the option to invoke the editor from 'Generate Documents'?
