Enhancements

If we had the option to group the documents we are sending, the email that they receive won't have a long list of attachments, and they will not miss any documents or our email to them.

For example, if we would like to send an introduction email to our buyer, we could generate an email with repeated verbiage so it doesn't have to be typed out every time. This would definitely save some time. Or even when emailing an estoppel letter.

Please add a place to put alternate names for Buyers and Sellers. For instance, if the Deed was conveyed to Jane Smith but she got married and is n/b/m Jane Doe.

We do numerous closings for the same clients. When we put the buyer/seller names in the file, the contact information, phone number, etc does not pop up. We have to re load everything.

Currently, if the buyer is paying the real estate commission (which is rare), you have to add it as a line item.

When you email it would be nice if we could do a quick preview of the attachments before clicking send. Currently we have to preview the attachment as a separate action - view on screen - and then go back in and email it.
